David Lee - Senior Pastor

On staff at Clear Creek since 1991 (when he still had hair,) David has worn a lot of hats - student ministry, missions, groups, worship - but teaching has always been the heart of his calling. He started wearing the "official" teacher hat as Sr. Minister in 2018.
David and Kelly met and married in 2004 (when you know, you know!) and have been granted permission (so far) to inhabit the living space of three teenage boys. If you catch him staring off into space, he's probably daydreaming about riding a motorcycle someplace he hasn't yet been....

Chris Smith - Discipleship Ministry

Chris and her husband John were warmly welcomed to the Clear Creek Family in 1994. They have raised their kids here, grown in faith here and served Jesus by serving kids along the way.
Chris is inspired by the spiritual metaphors for life that God placed in creation. She'll stop to admire anything with bright colors, always roots for the underdog and won't ever turn down a good cookie or a hug from a kid!

Andrew Long - Student Ministry

Andrew grew up at Clear Creek, and came home to join the team in June 2017. He loves helping teens figure out what it means to walk with Jesus.
Andrew and Alanna (an IU alum) watch a lot of Kentucky basketball - he's trying to convert her to UK fandom, and she trying to lead him out of darkness. Pray for Alanna! If you want to spot the two of them in their native habitat, look on the walking trails, at sporting events, or at a farmers' market near you!

Casey Ulinski - Kids Ministry
culinski@clearcreekchurch.comCasey recently joined our ministry team, and we are excited to see how God works through her at Clear Creek. One of her primary areas of focus with children's ministry is with families. Casey feels that children's ministry is a team effort and she looks forward to helping families make the most of their time together. -
Samantha Goodpaster - Office Administrator

Sam keeps the Clear Creek team running from her position in the office Monday thru Friday. She is the wife of David and the mom of Charlie and Drew. Sam Graduated from Indiana University in 1997 with a degree in Elementary Education.
Sam loves watching her sons play baseball and soccer. She also enjoys spending time with her friends and family.
Elders
Appointed as guardians of the church's spiritual health, and tasked specifically with prayer and teaching, our elders are an invaluable resource to the congregation and the church staff.

Nat Hill V
In addition to his elder role, Nat Hill also leads worship on Sunday mornings and is a Youth sponsor in our Student Ministry. His wife Katie is a teacher at Clear Creak Christian School. They have 3 children and a long legacy of family history at Clear Creek Christian Church!

Reed Adams
Reed Adams is the Chairman of the Elder team and leads the facility team and finance team at Clear Creek. He is one of the founding families of Clear Creek Christian School, where all of his children attended. Reeds wife, Penny, serves in Kids ministry and is the former principal of Clear Creek Christian School, where she continues to volunteer her time serving families.

David Goodpaster
In addition to his Elder role, David Goodpaster also supports the tech team, facilities team, and Deacons ministry. He attends Clear Creek with his wife Sam (Office Administrator) and two sons.

Michael Rothrock
Michael is one of the newest additions to the Elder team. In addition to his Elder role, he serves along with his wife Mandy in the Kids ministry. Their children attend Clear Creek Christian School, where Mandy is also employed as the Lunchroom Coordinator.

Tyler Wells
Tyler is one of the newest additions to the Elder team. In addition to his Elder role, you can often find him in the tech booth on Sunday mornings. Tyler is married to Sarah Lynn, and has two sons. Sarah Lynn serves Kids ministry and volunteers at Clear Creek Christian School during the school year.
