Josh is the Pastor of Mobilization at New International where he disciples missionaries to discern God’s voice in their lives. Josh is serving as Interim Pastor at Clear Creek Christian Church following the death of David Lee, while the Elders conduct and discern the pastor search process. We are grateful for Josh and his devotion to the body of Christ and the mission and vision of Clear Creek.

Sarah has been part of the Clear Creek community since 2021, serving on the leadership team of Clear Creek Christian School as Director of Mission Advancement. In 2025, she joined Clear Creek Christian Church staff to help execute direction of the vision through mobilizing leadership and serve teams.

Sarah is married to Phil Peden and they have two teenage children, Lily and Eric. She loves spending quality time with friends and family (especially if it involves food or music), trail running, and sharing the practices and teachings of Jesus.

Chris has been on staff since 1996 first for children’s ministry, then for adult discipleship. She oversees small groups, prayer and church benevolence. She also enjoys the rewarding work she does through Freedom in Christ Ministry. Over the years, she has sought to incorporate grace-filled, trauma-informed approaches to mental and emotional health, as well as spiritual well-being.

She and her husband John settled in Bloomington in 1994 and raised their kids, Meghan and Mason, at Clear Creek. They may be a little biased, but they still say Clear Creek is special.

Andrew is a graduate of Johnson University and joined our staff in 2017. He is passionate about helping teens grow in their relationship with Jesus.

Andrew is very lucky to be married to Alanna. They have a son, Daniel, and twin daughters Phoebe and Daphne. In the very little free time Andrew has, he enjoys going to sporting events, Kentucky basketball, and going for walks.  

Amanda has been a part of Clear Creek Christian Church since 2010 and began volunteering in the Children's Ministry in 2013. Her dedication and heart for children made her a natural choice to step into the role of Director of Children's Ministry in 2025. 

She holds a degree in Applied Health Sciences, Human Development and Family Studies, along with minors in Sociology and Psychology from Indiana University. During her time at IU, Amanda interned at a local church's kids program and then led their youth program after she graduated. Amanda joined the Christian school staff as the lunchroom coordinator in 2024, where she builds meaningful relationships with students and volunteers through the week.  

Amanda and her husband Michael, who serves as an elder, are active members of the Clear Creek Community and enjoy raising their three children within the church family.
